Racing Cars - They Shoot Horses Don't They?

Decisions , decisions: Carnivore or Vegetarian?  
If you are a carnivore do you eat red meat?
If you eat red meat will you eat ...(whisper it) .... horseflesh?  

In some parts of Europe horse is a delicacy - France and Belgium to name but two countries.  Anglo Saxon sensibilities struggle with the idea of eating horse, although looked at logically it is hard to find a distinction between sheep, cows and horses.

Over the years Cathy and I have eaten less and less meat (thank you Jess!) although I have to confess I really do look forward to a nice steak on my birthday and a turkey at Christmas.  

I couldn't ever eat this little fellow though!
