Dead Bird #3

This is turning into a bit of series, not that I meant it to, but I do seem to come across them.

Saw this little bird on my walk this morning, it was lying on the pavement with no trees particularly nearby. I cant even make up my mind if it had hatched yet or was plucked from the nest as it is. Wee thing does look rather under developed so I reckon its should still be in its egg. Either way I thought the loss of life before it had even started was rather sad:(
