A taste of the Mediterranean

Here's some more food not cooked by me! I finally managed to make it along to the French conversation class run by one of the mums from school and lucky for me they were doing a cookery class! We learned how to make a tomato, mozzarella and pesto mille-feuille as well as chicken saltimbocca and little chocolate cakes for dessert. Of course once it was cooked we had to eat it! Miam, miam!
