People Build the Strangest Cars

This was attracting a lot of attention downtown this afternoon. I can't figure out how it can be driven so low to the ground, especially with the added weight of driver and passenger, but I couldn't wait around to find out. I imagine a blackboard scraping kind of noise that makes my fingernails hurt.
