Bee

What a beautiful afternoon!  

For one thing - the migraine I have had since Monday has lifted - makes me feel like I've been released from chains or something.  like coming out of a dark hole and into a sunny meadow!

The next thing - my daughter wanted to start a running program - so we went for a run - felt so out of shape but so alive - 

the weather is perfect - sun, a little breeze, temperature just around 70.

So it was a bonus to catch this bee cleaning his face while he worked.
