Green eggs

My young friend, Nathan, raised some chickens as part of his Future Farmers of America project and he brought me 2 dozens eggs from his hens. 

Imagine my surprise when 2 of the eggs were green!   I don't know what kind of hen laid these!...but Dr. Suess's Green Eggs and Ham just jumped right into my head!
