The wonders of technology!!

I was going to blip our task for today, the removal of the old paper on the dining room wall, but I got a better offer and B blipped the wall.

After a slow start we got the paper off the wall and the first coat of paint on the remaining 3 walls. Not sure if the paint does what it says on the tin, one coat only, as it looked a bit patchy. We will check it out tomorrow and will probably do a second coat. There’s enough paint left in the tin to do it.

Q joined us for dinner this evening, the first time we have seen him since last July, so plenty of news to be exchanged. I managed to capture this whilst he and R were talking to P in Saudi on FaceTime. Work and time differences mean that father and son get little chance to chat unless Q is at home and R can organise things. (Sounds a bit complicated!!). By the way the dog (Lottie) should not be sitting on the sofa. She was just taking advantage of the situation!!
