Printing museum, Antwerp
'The oldest printing processes in the world are there, intact and ready to roll.'
The building itself is beautiful as the home of the Plantin and Moretus families. There are many treasures including a collection of portraits by Peter Paul Rubens, the earliest printed material and a map of Flanders made in 1540 by Gerard Mercator. Wonderful visit enjoyed in hot sunny weather!
