Semifreddo
There is a name for an italian desert that goes by the name of semifreddo (half frozen). The lakes in the Upper Engadin valley are slowly melting and now the ice is so thin that a quarter of the ice can disappear during the day and then freeze up again overnight. With temperatures up to 16 degrees C this afternoon, we couldn't believe the change in a few hours!
