I am sorry I am not commenting and responding to your comments, I am struggling at the moment with work and with a painful muscle, well I think it is that. I am very uncomfortable whether I sit or stand as it is located in the bottom/groin area so I am minimising what I do to rest as much as I can. Hoping it will go away but off to doctors at the weekend if I can get an appointment.
