The downside..

of living in a third floor flat on a main road in a London suburb is that you don't get many chances to shoot wildlife pictures. Apart from passing flocks of gulls and brief glimpses of the ubiquitous and very annoying parakeets, this pigeon on the roof next door is about as good as it's got in the last five months!

I'm grumpy because I need to get out and about in the parks again and my ankle is refusing to cooperate - I know that patience is needed but at the moment it's in short supply!
