~Forget me not~

Drove by this lonely headstone today. It's very old , falling over and forgotten. On closer inspection you can see one very small forget me not flower.
Several years ago my twin bother and I brought special thing to the cemetery and left them at some grave stones that look long forgotten. 
John  ( my twin ) and I still carry on the tradition of planting flowers on our families plots. I hope when I'm gone my grand kids will do the same.
