Canyonlands Flyover
Today began with an exciting trip to Moab airport to take part in a flyover in a small six-man plane. We jumped into the plane, seat-belted up, put our headsets on and then before we knew it we were zooming down the runway and taking off into the air. We flew over canyonlands, dead horse point, arches national park and Moab City. The view was stunning from the plane and the pilot talked us through what we were looking at. We even managed to see delicate arch from the air. After the flight we headed up to a watering hole an hour or so walk outside Moab. There was a lovely waterfall and a ledge we jumped off into the pool at the base. We stayed at the watering hole for several hours swimming, sunbathing and drinking. A fantastic day in all.
