Paving the road in front of the uni

A number of the roads between where I was staying and the university had only been paved some 2 months or so prior to my arrival. The university had this huge roundabout right in front that seemed to have been poorly designed, overly large leaving little room for vehicles. This was the continuation of those paving projects and within days the road in front of the uni was paved.
