Bubbles

Pleased with himself blowing bubbles in his smoothie with the straw. He had a lovely day today with a visit to Cherry Hinton park - ducks woods daffodils swings slide and a zip wire and all with lots of sunshine. Must start packing his sun hat and sun cream! Hania is impressed with his talking - good communication of thinfs he wants and like as well as commentary on what he's seeing and doing.

Fun in the evening too though he was a little over keen at helping daddy open his birthday presents and very disappointed that we wouldn't let him open the Thorntons box! Chocolate brownie for pudding was popular though.

Mike and I sat outside in the garden after Matthew was asleep with a drink and our puddings watching the tail end of the sunset and then the stars coming out - along with the bats and a pair of barn owls. Brilliant.
