Mistle Thrush

I had called this bird some rude names as it insisted on sitting at the top of a tree some way away and I couldn't get a proper shot of it.  Then while I was turned away watching a sparrow on the fence next to me, I caught sight of some movement out of the corner of my eye, and there was the thrush on the lawn in front of me, not more than 4 metres away.  I took about 40 shots.
