Straggly tulips

I've spent a large part of the day trying to get my head round several pages of small print on a contract.   Not a good way to spend a lovely sunny day.
Consequently I've not had my blip head on at all.   Just ran outside to take this shot in the hope that a bee might be hovering about near them.   No bees so this will have to do as it is.

In other news I had a call from my 18 year old niece last night and it seems she may now be suffering the horrors of kidney stones, poor love.
It's beginning to look like we have both inherited some rogue gene that makes us produce the ghastly things.     She was not too happy when I suggested she lay off the chocolates.
