Say No To Xenophobia

If you have been following world news you may be aware of the tragedy that has been taking place here, especially in our province, KZN. Basically, the Zulu King made a speech and said that all foreigners should not be here. Numerous people then took it upon themselves to hassle and intimidate non South Africans. Frankly it has been disgusting and mindless. There are now so many displaced people being put up in stadiums and other places of safety. They have nothing except the clothes on their backs. People have come out in force to protect and care for these people. A friend rallied around for donations and we spent the money on personal items for women, which we will deliver tomorrow. 324 women will each receive a bag containing the items. Sadly it is only a drop in the ocean.
