The River Lark ....

in West Stow Country Park was where we chose to walk today on this lovely sunny afternoon. We followed the River until we reached the Lake where we sat for a while, and then walked back through the forest under the cool of the trees. There were not too many people around today although as we finished our walk at the Visitor Centre there was a large school party of children just finishing a guided tour of the West Stow Anglo Saxon Village which is The First English Village and a very interesting place to visit if you are ever staying in Suffolk.
