Unfit for purpose?

A strange thing to see, this tightly bound traffic cone unable to perform what it is designed for.

This cold made me feel a bit dull and stupid today, unable to function in an intelligent manner! Thank goodness for the long weekend! I have a scotch in hand and Dave is cooking dinner, I'd better go join him.
