The flags and bunting are up at Leadenhall Market in the City in preparation for merriment, indulgence and, no doubt, bad behaviour on April 23. There were no drinkers on the way to work this morning but you can be certain the place will be heaving on Thursday. Cheers St G!!!!!!!
