From bad to worse!

Well today was meant to be the day we got the keys to our future shop.......but as we sadly found out the floor boards are rotten, we found a fat white ant happily walking about, and the gutter leaks down the wall on the outside. We can't get to the side to fix the rotten wall because someone allowed a business to build a huge brick wall right up against the shop.
