Mission fail

The first dandelion of Spring, the brave scout that the dandelion army sent for recon, will not be reporting back to the commander, for he was cruelly plucked from a crack between the house and the patio, posed for a portrait and is now in a tiny vase, adorning my kitchen window. Fickle Spring, if it really was Spring, has taken a sudden leave of absence.

We just finished the first season of Netflix's Daredevil and I'm hooked. Yes, it's very violent and I do have to cover my eyes a lot but there is just something about a blind guy who can kick that kind of serious ass. Plus Charlie Cox's lips.......I don't cover my eyes for that. Apparently he did have a body double for the martial arts scenes but not for his lips.

My taste for shows tend more towards the period costume dramas and quirky murder mysteries but they don't seem to make a lot of those lately. It's a boy's world.
