New dog....not

I took Teddy to be stripped this morning, he looks like a different dog again, very cute.

I've spent some time today trying to persue some funding to get Rafi some more physio as he now gets very little and he needs more.

Went swimming with Rafi after school, had a nice session.He was exhausted after, but helped make dinner and was asleep by 8.00pm!

Nina has done some great make-up at college today, I think she has a real talent, I must blip her work one day.

I have finally got round to day 2 of couch to 5K now the leg stiffness has worn off. It's a good feeling to say I'm going for a run, even if it is a very little one!
