Tree rings

What started out as a overcast and cloudy day ended in beautiful sunshine. Took a trip into Falkirk this afternoon and, while on my way, decided that I would just take another bus out to Bo'ness and have a walk around the Kinneil Estate.

Had some fun taking photos in the sunshine and, while taking pictures of the reflections of the trees on the pond, and waiting for some of the coots and ducks to come into closer view, thought I'd experiment by throwing some small stones into the mirror-still water and see how the results turned out. Not too badly, I think!
