Nesting Swan

I had an appointment with my Physiotherapist very early this morning so I was up in the very cold weather.  Scarf, hat, gloves and winter jacket Brrrrr.  After the appointment I went for a walk over Hampstead Heath.  This Swan was nesting at the side the first Pond quite near people so I hope she is safe.  The picture is not brilliant because the camera is small and I had it on zoom as well but it gives an impression.  It warmed up in the afternoon after I got back home.  Typical.

I am now on Day 8 on my juicy cleanse.  All going well.
