Magnolia

We are fortunate to have this magnificent Magnolia in our front garden. Every year I remember that I want to take a photo, usually just after it has finished flowering, so thus year I have remembered in time.
I don't know how old the tree is, but we've lived here for over 20 years and it was a mature tree when we moved in. It is often in flower before many other things, and people have commented on it having noticed it while driving past. Sadly we now have these black pipes for the AC in the bistro next door but I don't really notice them.
