Pier Hill and pier Southend on Sea

A beautiful sunny day although a chilly start.  Out walking with the U3A today but started later as we were having lunch out.  Decided to go into Southend first and walk to where we meet up, took this shot at the top of  Pier Hill looking at the lift and the pier.  Walked to where we had lunch then caught the bus home.  Saw A and D this afternoon and sat in the garden for a little while.
