Operation Joint Warrior

It's that time of year again when our wee quiet corner of Scotland gets invaded for 2 weeks. This year is meant to be one of the biggest joint operations involving lots of troops from Europe and America.
Our wee village harbour has had hovercraft in and out but being up out of the village now I missed all that! So stopped to watch this lot as I drove home from the supermarket. It's only 5 mins from home.
I so wanted to shout "Run Forrest! Run!" as they legged it up the beach!

Slowly getting more used to no fur boy. So terribly hard though :-(
