Lenno

The day started rather cloudy and quite cool, so I was well covered up when we walked over to Mezzegra. We had thought to have lunch at the Magnolia bar, but it was looking a bit deserted so we decided to walk back to Lenno.

We thought it was just about warm outside to sit next to the lake at the Bar Sport. Lots of hugs when we arrived as it was the first time we have been there this season. They asked if we were sure we would be OK outside, and we assured them we were dressed for winter.

While we were having lunch the cloud cleared and the sun arrived. By the time we headed to the ice cream shop it was quite hot. We ate our ice cream sitting outside and quietly roasting. It is amazing how quickly the weather can change here. The forecast for the next few days is uninterrupted sunshine so we should be fine for the coming week.
