Flying the flag

Off to work, flag in hand, ready for our Jubilee celebrations. Unfortunately, our worst nightmare came true... A very wet afternoon meant there was nothing garden about our party, just lots of children, staff and parents all crammed inside the nursery. But the children had a great time which is all that matters. One little girl said to me afterwards, "What a wonderful day I've had!"
Makes it all worthwhile!
