Another fine one

Clear skies again today although the wind was a little chilly when we went out for a walk this afternoon.  Felt very weary today and general aches are back, but treatment at pain clinic on Friday seems to have helped shoulders a lot. I'm glad I made myself go out walking as it was so nice, even if it was rather slow.
