Beach day

We woke to another lovely day, so packed up and headed to Uig for the day. Valtos beach first, then Reef beach. I love this time of year in the Outer Hebrides; nice and warm, not too many people about and no midges! The dogs had a great time too, splashing about in the sea and running after the ball. I paddled in the sea with them quite a bit too. Days like these really do make up for the horrible winter we've had.
