Weasel..

coffee!!!!  Somehow I find this an extraordinary idea!!  This is a speciality coffee from Vietnam which has a very unusual process in its making.. the coffee berries are fed to weasels who.. er .. pass them without the outer casing on them.. the coffee bean is collected washed and roasted and served as a delicacy!!!  REALLY???  Apparently it is delicious according to my daughter and I am happy to take her word for it!  On the right is the Vietnamese way of making 'drippy' coffee.. such a nice arrangement!
