high rise

another day in bed. Where does the week go? 
It was raining out & SS had a night out at a friends place so wasn't home either.  Sleep was easy.
Got up mid afternoon with a hankering for pizza. So thermo'ed up a dough base & wrapped it up to rise...then went back to bed for a nananap.
Woke to a lovely big ball of fresh pizza goodness awaiting some rolling & flair before being inundated with many a topping options (possibly too many)... Rather good for our first attempt.

handy hint: make the dough earlier for an even better pizza.  might also try putting basil or garlic in to mix it up a little.
