Morecambe Bay

A relatively early walk along the Prom to continue with exercise regime.  A bit greyer than yesterday but it's dry which is good.

Spent the morning on usual chores - washing, cleaning but also baking two cakes and making two lots of soup - very satisfying.

Off to do the ironing now.
