I love this place.... they make biscuits here!!

Today I had to see my dentist because I had a loose filling and it really hurt.
Biscuits.. fillings... connection????

Moving on -
My dentist is in Longsight which is a long way from where I live and from where I work so on my travels today I got to pass the biscuit factory. I smells sooooo good.

Mr Saleem is a great Dentist and I have known him for over 20 years. He does not do un-necessary work and is great with children.
The weird thing is that he has some strange Harry Potter type magic powers because he has not aged in 20 years!!!!! Honest. One or two grey hairs but otherwise no change. It is most odd.

We lived in Longsight between 1991 and 1998.
If you do not know the multifaceted metropolis that is Manchester think Moss Side (riots, gun crime - I used to live there too). Longsight is a bit like Moss Side but more cosmopolitan and with (alledgedly) more burglaries and shooting incidents.

To be honest I had some lovely neighbours there. We also had a dog who was very good at acting fierce so no burgalaries (sheds don't count) and my boys NEVER played out unsupervised.

As soon as we moved to the posh bits I shoved them out to play whenever possible and they were soon virtually feral!!!

Now a biscuit joke...
