Out for dinner
Starter;
Foie gras - Panfried duck liver with red wine glaze, fruit chutney, applessyrup served on brioche bread.
Main course;
Salmon - Pan fried salmon served with warm potato salad, herbs and cold citrus sauce.
Dessert;
Liquorice meringue - Flavoured meringue with Crème Anglaise and apple ice cream.
Delicious!
Watched the sunset.
Although having a bad cold the day turned out to be great.
