Trip to Clumber

Pete and Sarah have come to visit us. We had a fun time at Clumber playing Smite. Rafi had a go at kicking a ball and managed a few good kick and even kept his balance afterwards.
I liked this tree as I thought the shadow cast by it's branches looked like arteries on the ground.
I haven't had a run today as I'm still a little bit stiff in the thighs. Going to do a 12 mile walk with Sue tomorrow,so day 2 of couch to 5K will have to wait until Monday.
