Acutorture

Jackson has renamed it. He's not keen but willing to give it a go. I have no idea of the science behind it and what, if anything, it is doing but I do know he came out of the session in considerably better shape than he went in. And I've (hopefully) saved you the worst of the gruesomeness with the mono treatment. Or is just me who gets a bit queasy?

Today has flown by in a flurry of this and jobs and dog walks. It was a challenge for today's blip as the pooch went to the parlour and came home even more ridiculously fluffy than before.
