(Almost) cloudless

We have had bright blue, cloudless skies all day today, although the temperature didn't quite match up with a cold wind. Bailey had a quick walk around the block and some scrambled eggs (weekend treat only!) before I left him for a wander around town. Based on hoardings advertising new constructions, road blocks and buildings having been demolished, it is a while since I have been down the High Street. I had a good look around and made a few purchases but nothing too significant. 

Home via the supermarket and back to Bailey for lunch. And then we went for a walk down the lane, home via the quarry and the back field. I'd already clocked the fact that the rapeseed was colouring up. The majority of the field is still showing green and not luminous yellow, but it still made for an alternative view of the cathedral off in the distance.
