Funny old day today, not sure if I am feeling exhausted because I have worked a lot or because I am on the diet or just because I am old!

Have pretty much rested all day as I want to be back to full speed for tomorrow, meeting Tim and Becca in London to see 'Matilda'.

Had a relatively brief skype with Jon and Dana in Bangkok and feel bad now as I was pretty grumpy.
