Saturday sunshine

It was a corker of a day weatherwise, busy too.

KryptoMart and I went to see Helen Mirren and Ryan Reynolds in 'Woman in Gold', the story of Maria Altmann and her battle with the Austrian Government to retrieve a number of Gustav Klimt paintings that were stolen from her family by the Nazis during World War 2.

It was a super film, with great acting, and I must say I found it quite emotional in parts. Over 100,000 items of art were looted by the Nazis, and restitution has still not been sorted out.
