Mouse spider
Had a lovely lunchtime meet up with one of my friends. I picked up some sandwiches from the campus shop and I'd brought in my picnic rug. We sat in the gardens and had an impromptu picnic. V had some lovely news to share and something that I'd been really hoping for.
As we sat and chatted in the warm sunshine, a mole hill was appearing in the grass, the butterflies were flitting around and the blossom was raining down like confetti. Bliss.
This mouse spider was on the house wall when I went out after dark to check up on the newts and get an idea whether the organic slug pellets and nematodes are doing their job on culling the slugs.
