Ginger bee

This bright red/orange furry bee was sunning itself on the peg bag as I went to hang out the washing. I think it might be a tawny mining bee (Andrena fulva) but this is only based on an internet search. 

Cycled into town in the afternoon in search of sunflower hearts to fill up my new squirrel proof bird feeder. It was really nice cycling down in the sunshine along the canal.
