men at work

...despite the stiff breeze, it has been a very pleasant day with plenty of diffused sunshine.

After lunch, we headed to Studland for an afternoon stroll along the length of the bay and back. The sea was warm enough to persuade a few swimmers into the water but most of the activity was among the boating community. I was hoping to find some foreground interest at the point where the whole bay and Old Harry rocks fill the frame. Unfortunately, the only contenders came in the form of a group of late-middle-aged (primarily male) naturists doing a fine, but far less endearing, impression of a plump of albino bull seals!

On our way back down the beach, this lovely bunch of Aussies was busy hitching their boat to their Landrover while reminding us of how much those from Down Under love their three Bs - boats, beaches and barbies - sorry, four Bs, I forgot beer! I could't get an angle to include Old Harry but I was happy to get a degree of reflection on wet sand...
