Day 2 in Canmore

The Uncorked Food and Drink Festival is on.   Many of the local restaurants have special menus for the week.

Had a wonderful dinner last night at Sage Bistro.

For appetizers we both had Butternut Squash Risotto Balls that were perhaps the best thing I have ever tasted.

Anya had Beef Stroganoff.  I had Jalapeño and Apricot glazed chicken thighs.  I won that round.

Dessert for me was Maple Creme Brule.  Anya chose better with Crepes with mixed berries and a Citrus sauce.

Haven't decided where to go tonight ...
