So, I bought a mini oven...

... and made a rhubarb & custard tart, then a rhubarb cake THEN smoked mackerel on bruschetta with rhubarb relish!

Did I mention the mini oven was only £20 and it's brilliant? Better than the one I had in the rental property AND I've still got an abundance of rhubarb in the garden!
