Happy Bunny

The photo of the Easter Bunny ( he has 16 friends all places around the grounds) is twofold. The Easter Trail is drawing to a close this weekend and I imagine that all the bunnies will be smiling as they look forward to a break from hanging around to be counted.

I am a happy bunny because we have had 2 couples view the house today. One of them offered over the asking price and we have 9, yes 9 more viewings tomorrow! I think we better get cracking on some more viewings ourselves!
