I'm Sorry L!

I had told L yesterday that we could walk/scooter to her friend A's house for a playdate this morning but unfortunately this was the only safety helmet I could find.  Why on earth did I buy that!  She didn't complain though thankfully and we made our way there and enjoyed a lovely lunch, natter and play before scootering back for L's swimming lesson.

L was the only kid that turned up to lesson today so she had the great opportunity of a free one-to-one lesson.  She didn't mind that she was the only kid there.  Easter holidays and the fact it was a nice day probably kept them away.

We popped over to the M&S café afterwards for some refreshments and to buy dinner.  L also made a little windmill as the Science Festival had a zone set up in the shopping centre to teach kids about wind power and electricity.  She loved running about the shops with it trying to make enough wind indoors for it to go round.

Back home and the sun is shining so garden games were played, plants were watered and now she is 'helping' clean the cars.  She is a very busy bee.
